Counted from delivery. Unused, with tags. Write first. Send with UPS, FedEx, or DHL and a tracking number.

After delivery.
Ask within 14 days of delivery. The parcel must also leave you within those 14 days. One piece, several, or the whole order.

Unused. With tags.
Worn or used pieces are not refunded. They come back to you. Give a reason when you write.

Write first.
Write info@watertint.com with the order number. Wait for a reply and a return address before you send anything. We inspect the piece, then refund.Contact

The courier.
UPS, FedEx, or DHL, tracked. Regular post is refused. Send to the address we give you for that order — the wrong depot delays the refund.
